Job Description

Role & responsibilities As a sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 1. 1 closer for 1 week and 10 site visits for every week . 2. Following the re visits. 3. Conducting property tours and providing comprehensive information to prospective buyers. 4. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate successful property transactions. 5. Negotiating terms and conditions of sales and assisting in the closing process. 6. Staying updated on market trends, property prices and competitor activities. 7. Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. 8. Generating leads and identifying potential clients in the real estate market. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team in promoting and selling our real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to drive sales growth.
