Job Description

Role & responsibilities Achieving Sales Targets of the Regional Office. Site visits along with Live Demos to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage. Deciding strategies to enhance the sales. Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property. Screening buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determining clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Requirements: Fresher from any field, with a strong desire to pursue a career in real estate sales. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and others. Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics is preferred. Must possess a valid bike license with two wheeler or have a reliable mode of transportation. Strong interpersonal key skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently. Maximum Age limit 27. Should have knowledge about Bangalore locations. Sat-sun will be working, weekly off will be on any week day. Work on site office mostly Only looking for Male candidates .
