Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager. The daily responsibilities include managing real estate sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves guiding clients through the property purchasing process, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. Additionally, the Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with real estate portfolio management is a plus
