Job Description

Client Acquisition: Identify potential buyers and sellers through lead generation, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Property Listings: Gather property details and prepare listings for marketing. Ensure accurate and attractive representation of properties. Sales & Negotiation: Show properties to potential buyers. Negotiate sales deals and contracts. Close transactions in line with client expectations and company targets. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, pricing, and competition. Advise clients based on market insights. Documentation & Compliance: Handle legal documents and coordinate with legal teams. Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with marketing teams to run promotions, open houses, and advertising campaigns. Use digital platforms and social media for lead generation. Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term client relationships. Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards monthly or quarterly sales goals. Report performance and pipeline updates to management.
