Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate (Fresher) Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (with site visits across various project locations) Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for connecting with people and a drive to succeed? We are looking for highly motivated and articulate freshers to join our sales team as Sales Executives. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of real estate sales, develop strong communication skills, and contribute to a successful team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Interaction (Tele-calling):Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients (leads generated through various marketing channels). Understand client requirements, answer their queries, and provide detailed information about our real estate projects. Build rapport with potential buyers and generate interest in our properties. Effectively qualify leads and schedule site visits. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Site Visits: Accompany prospective clients to project sites and showcase properties. Provide comprehensive tours and explain the features, amenities, and benefits of each property. Address client concerns and objections during site visits. Highlight the unique selling propositions of our projects. Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads post-site visit to nurture interest and address any remaining questions. Assist clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to booking. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the local real estate market, including pricing, trends, and competitor activities. Stay updated on new project launches and relevant industry news. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Odia. Hindi is a plus. Enthusiasm & Drive: A strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in a sales role. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals. Sales Aptitude: A natural inclination towards sales and persuasion. Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using CRM software (training will be provided). Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Punctuality & Professionalism: A commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas is an advantage. Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel to various project sites within and around Bhubaneswar.
