The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential or commercial property sales, strong client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.* Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours.* Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.* Provide guidance and support through the entire transaction process.* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.* Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and legislation.* Maintain a well-organized database of client information and transaction details.* Collaborate with mortgage brokers, escrow companies, and attorneys as needed. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.* Valid real estate license in the applicable state.* Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.* Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms.* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with both residential and commercial properties.* Familiarity with real estate marketing and digital tools.* Bilingual is a plus.
