Job ID 305904 Date posted 03/28/2025 Location : Bengaluru, India Category FINANCE Job Status Salaried Full Time Job Purpose and Impact The Real Estate Operations (RE Ops) team is responsible for proactive data management and streamlining processes in support of the efficient management of Cargill s real estate portfolio globally. The Real Estate Portfolio Operations Analyst job optimizes and implements moderately complex operational activities while ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal control standards. With limited supervision, this job collaborates with internal and external business partners on moderately complex business operations, provides resolutions and drives continuous improvement. In this role, you re managing intake forms for RE contracts, preparing them for contract abstraction, and facilitate the abstractions review process. Key Accountabilities OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE: Performs moderately complex operational activities including managing contract intake information and reviewing contract abstractions in accordance with operational procedures, ensuring internal and external completion dates are met and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards. CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Collaborate with stakeholders to handle operational tasks, provide timely responses and collaborate to resolve operational issues. SYSTEMS & PROCESSES: Monitors and runs system processes, control reports, system feeds, reference and static data, error analysis and remediation action. DATA MANAGEMENT: Gathers and loads all required data in systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Identifies and suggests process and system improvements to mitigate risks, reduce costs and improve efficiency. Qualifications Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience. Knowledge of related systems (IBM Tririga) Experience in contract abstraction and understanding of Real Estate contracts and principles Ability to structure problems logically and arrive at solutions, with attention to detail PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports Experience working with various tools and technology platforms Understanding of operational activities to identify areas of improvement KEY BEHAVIORS Build strong relationships with various stakeholders to deliver solutions Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, focusing on continuous improvement
