The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, handle lease administration, and manage both residential and commercial real estate portfolios. The day-to-day tasks will include managing leases, conducting market analysis, maintaining property standards, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with various stakeholders, ensure compliance with local regulations, and optimize property operations to maximize client satisfaction and financial returns.
