Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Real Estate Manager will oversee and manage property operations, including lease administration and property management. Responsibilities include handling leases, maintaining tenant relationships, evaluating and negotiating real estate transactions, and ensuring adherence to local regulations. The role also involves managing commercial real estate portfolios and optimizing their value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Property Management and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in handling Leases and understanding legal documentation
• Knowledge of Real Estate practices and principles
• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate management and related operations
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities related to property management
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with property management and lease management software
• Experience in the real estate market within the Greater Kolkata Area is a plus
