Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Act as the expert, explaining layouts, features, amenities, and pricing to potential buyers.
Conduct structured site presentations, project tours, and detailed walkthroughs.
Understand each client’s lifestyle needs and recommend suitable project units or configurations.
Provide accurate project updates regarding availability, construction progress, and timelines.
Maintain ongoing communication with interested buyers and assist them at every step until closure.
Document client preferences, project discussions, and follow-up actions in the internal system.
Work closely with the project, marketing, and documentation teams to ensure clients receive complete and correct information.
Participate in project events, launches, and promotions as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
3–6 years of experience in customer advisory roles (real estate preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
