Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective buyers. Coordinate property viewings and open houses. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals. Stay updated on market trends and property values. Manage the negotiation process to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Attend networking events to foster industry connections. Conduct property valuations and comparative market analysis. Maintain a professional demeanor and promote a positive brand image. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or management. Real Estate License is required. Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends. Proven track record of successful negotiations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with real estate software and CRM tools. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
