About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, while providing expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Guide clients through the entire property transaction process — from site visits to closing.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate property deals between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams for smooth documentation and processing.
• Promote properties through various marketing channels including social media, real estate portals, and offline events.
• Stay updated on local zoning laws, real estate regulations, and market trends.
• Prepare and present property proposals, pricing analyses, and investment plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Agent, or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and property listing platforms.
• Real Estate certification (if applicable) is a plus.

Monthly Salary.

Commission-based / Fixed + Incentive (as per experience)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)
