Job Title: Real Estate Consultant – Office / Commercial Property 📍 Location: Ahmedabad 🕒 Experience: 6 months to 2 years 🏢 Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office About the Job:We are looking for a Real Estate Consultant who will mainly handle and manage our CEO’s office and commercial properties in Ahmedabad. The consultant will also get a chance to deal with other commercial properties in the market for extra growth and income. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands office leasing, renting, and selling and enjoys building strong connections with property owners and clients. Main Work Responsibilities: Handle and manage the CEO’s own commercial/office properties (renting, selling, maintaining records, etc.). Coordinate directly with property owners and business clients. Show properties to clients and explain details clearly. Follow up with clients for visits, negotiations, and deal closure. Keep an updated list of available commercial properties. Help in preparing rent agreements and other basic paperwork. Identify new opportunities for leasing/selling other commercial properties. Work towards monthly targets and submit regular reports. Skills Required:Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. Confident in talking with business owners, builders, and clients. Knowledge of Ahmedabad’s commercial areas (SG Highway, Prahladnagar, Vastrapur, Navrangpura, etc.). Basic computer and mobile app knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.). Positive attitude, well-dressed, and good convincing power. Should have own vehicle (bike/scooter) for property visits. Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Experience in real estate, property management, or sales preferred.
