Job Description

We are only acception application from candidates having prior experience in Real Estate. Please apply only if you fall into that category. Responsibilities: Process and manage real estate transactions from contract to closing. Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions. Maintain accurate and organized transaction files. Update and maintain property listings and client databases. Generate reports and analyze data to support sales and marketing efforts. Provide general administrative support to the sales and management teams. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Prepare presentations and marketing materials.
