Job Description

Sales and Marketing of Farm and Open Plots: Lead and manage the marketing and sales efforts for farm plots, open plots, independent houses, focusing on both commercial and residential spaces. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with real estate customers, addressing inquiries and providing information via phone and email throughout various stages of the project. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers, ensuring regular follow-up calls to address their needs and concerns. Property Explanation: Clearly explain property details to customers, ensuring they understand all aspects of the property. Client Site Visits: Organize and invite clients for site visits based on sales leads and customer requirements, ensuring a personalized and effective sales approach. Team Coordination: Communicate and coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes. Campaign Participation: Actively involve in weekend campaigns and programs to promote properties and generate leads. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong goal-oriented performance. Guidance and Assistance: Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms. Negotiation and Consultation: Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices,mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings. Promotion of Sales: Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services to maximize property exposure Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of real estate markets and best practices, staying informed about current trends and developments. Marketing Expertise: Demonstrate experience in both online and offline marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage potential customers. Team Management: To manage a multi role team to meet sales targets
