Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Noida. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through property buying, selling, and renting processes. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, conducting property tours, generating leads, negotiating deals, assisting with legal documentation, and ensuring seamless transactions. The role demands exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Strong Sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships
• Familiarity with the Noida real estate market is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools is advantageous
