Job Title: Real Estate Agent/Property Consultant Job Summary: Property 360 Degree is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent/Property Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences - Show properties to potential buyers or renters - Negotiate sales and rental agreements - Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends - Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service - Meet sales targets and performance expectations Requirements: - Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology Job Location : Property 360 Degree Pvt. Ltd.,543, 5th floor, Tower T3, Golden I, Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida (West), UP-201306. Experience Required: 6 Months to 4 years experience in Real estate or Service sales industry or any field sales experience. Qualification Required - Any Graduate or Post Graduate Office Timing: 10 AM- 7 PM. Job Type - Permanent Working Days - 6 Days working ( Wednesday Off) ** Saturday & Sunday will be working** ** Candidates should have their own vehicle** What We're Looking For: - A motivated and driven individual with a passion for real estate - Strong work ethic and ability to meet sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Salary / Compensation- 15 K - 25 K Per Month + Incentive up to 1 lakh or more basis performance.
