Job Description You will be part of a JDA and RERA approved gated township project in Jaipur, where you will play a crucial role in the development and management of the residential community. Role Overview - Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with JDA and RERA regulations. - Oversee the planning and execution of various construction activities within the township. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Ensure adherence to JDA and RERA guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor progress and quality of construction work within the township. - Coordinate with various teams to resolve any issues or delays in the project. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Previous experience working on JDA and RERA approved projects would be an advantage. - Strong knowledge of construction regulations and quality standards. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.,
