Key Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a polite and professional manner. * Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. * Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. * Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. * Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation. * Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with office security procedures. * Monitor and order office supplies when necessary. * Provide information and assistance to clients, staff, and vendors as required . Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. * Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role preferred. * Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations. * Professional appearance and customer service–oriented attitude. * Good organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
