Reactnative Developer

As an experienced React Native Developer, you will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience and architecture. Your responsibilities will include: - Deep understanding of React Native, including hooks, application life-cycle, and code architecture - Familiarity with essential RN libraries such as React-Native-Fast-Image, React-Navigation, Redux, and Network libraries - Translating design and wireframes into high-quality code, focusing on performance optimization for specific devices - Writing unit tests and conducting functional verification for assigned modules - Conducting code reviews and sanity checks - Developing new user-facing features with React.js and ensuring seamless translation of designs - Building reusable components and libraries for future use - Contributing to agile software development processes, participating in ceremonies and planning sessions - Implementing best practices, performance enhancements, and conducting code reviews - Understanding object-oriented programming principles - Enabling other developers to utilize modular and reusable code effectively - Demonstrating a clear understanding of App architecture and React's interaction with native layers for iOS and Android - Previous open-source contributions will be a bonus In terms of eligibility criteria, the ideal candidate should possess: - A degree in MCA, BE/B.TECH, BCA, BSC IT, or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of experience in React Native development Key skills required for this role include: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model - Proficiency in coding, debugging, and unit testing - Good understanding of design guidelines, SDK, and excellent JavaScript skills - Knowledge of Hooks, NPM or Yarn, GIT, VS Code - Familiarity with native bridging and native modules in React Native - Experience working with third-party components and debugging dependency conflicts - Understanding of REST APIs, document request model, and offline storage - Ability to design and develop intuitive user interfaces - Strong business judgment, influencing skills, and analytical thinking - Capability to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Familiarity with code versioning tools like GitHub/Bitbucket (Good to have) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and critically,
