ReactJS / Next.js Developer

• Build and maintain high-performance, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS and Next.js.
• Optimize Next.js projects for performance, including code splitting, lazy loading, image
  

• Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code
  

• Manage application state using Zustand (preferred) or Redux, and integrate with APIs using React
  

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
• Improve technical SEO aspects such as structured data, meta tags, and server-side rendering
  

• Use monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Lighthouse) to debug and fix issues in ReactJS / Next.js
  

• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality
  

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor AI, etc.) to automate routine dev tasks, generate boilerplate,
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with ReactJS and/or Next.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with React Query, Zustand (or any modern state management library).
• Good understanding of Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
• Solid experience in performance op?misa?on of web apps – speed, lighthouse scores, bundle size
  

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices in web development.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment tools (Vercel, Netlify, or similar).
• Ability to debug, trace, and resolve issues in production environments. Analytical thinking and

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with building web apps for high-traffic or customer-facing pladorms.

• Experience in unit testing / integration testing with tools like Jest, React Testing Library.
