Job Overview We are looking for a React.js Frontend Engineer (3-7 years experience) to develop and enhance high-performance, scalable web applications that power our EV charging management platforms, fleet management solutions, and real-time analytics dashboards . Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js . Build interactive dashboards, real-time data visualizations, and user-friendly interfaces . Optimize frontend applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform performance . Work closely with backend engineers and API developers to ensure seamless data integration. Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness . Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices. Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and A/B testing . Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and contribute to architectural decisions. Must-Have Skills & Experience 3-7 years of hands-on experience with React.js & Next.js (or similar frontend frameworks). Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 . Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API). Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration and WebSocket communication. Proficiency in CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, etc.). Strong knowledge of performance optimization, lazy loading, and SSR (Server-Side Rendering) . Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows . Strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset . Bonus Skills (Good to Have) Experience with Kotlin / Java Spring boot for mobile applications. Knowledge of GraphQL & Apollo Client . Exposure to Docker, AWS, Firebase, or Vercel for deployment. Experience working with real-time data & analytics . Understanding of OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) and EV industry trends . Why Join Us?
