Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end components using ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
• Customize and enhance ERPNext/Frappe front-end modules and dashboards.
• Integrate and manage REST APIs and microservices for seamless data exchange.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible design implementations.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams (Python/ERPNext/Frappe Framework) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints and actively contribute to planning, estimation, and code reviews.
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
• 2+ years of professional experience in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
• Experience in ERPNext/Frappe front-end customization.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of REST API integrations and microservice architectures.
• Expertise in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven experience collaborating with backend teams on Python/ERPNext/Frappe Framework projects.
• Ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Prior work on ERPNext-based or B2B SaaS platforms.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with React Native for mobile app extensions.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility for reusable component design and accessibility.
• Familiarity with Next.js or other modern front-end frameworks.
