React.js Developer

You will be a Senior React JS Developer with 3-6 years of experience based in Pune (WFO). Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain CRM applications using React JS. You will focus on building responsive and intuitive user interfaces, translating UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code, and developing reusable components and libraries for efficient development processes. Additionally, you will optimize application performance, debug technical issues, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and have at least 3-6 years of professional experience in React JS development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies is required, along with proven experience in building complex, data-driven web applications. Knowledge of state management libraries, RESTful APIs, responsive design principles, and version control systems like GitHub is essential. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills are also necessary. You will mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve the CRM application for better user engagement.
