React.js Developer

As an experienced Technical Leader in front-end technology at Teknobuilt, your main responsibility will be to develop and mentor a team in creating a next-generation interactive user interface for the PACE-OS platform. Your focus will be on aligning data systems with business goals to enhance efficiency. To excel in this role, you must possess strong user interface skills and the ability to integrate UX principles and front-end technologies to deliver a user-friendly web application. Your expertise should include familiarity with various front-end programming languages. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have relevant experience, we are eager to have you on board. A key requirement is to have previously developed at least one Android or iOS app using Flutter or a Hybrid Framework. Key Responsibilities: - Solid software engineering experience, including a deep understanding of standard data structures and algorithms, along with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals. - Proficiency in the ReactJS ecosystem and ES6 at an expert level. - Demonstrated track record in developing B2B web applications for large enterprise software. - Ability to architect and design Enterprise JavaScript applications using the ReactJS library. - Proficiency in popular ReactJS workflows like Redux or MobX. - Expertise in web markup languages (HTML5, CSS3), JSX, and templating technologies. - Experience in writing unit tests with JavaScript testing frameworks. - Proficient in build tools and code versioning tools such as Git/SVN. - Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance, including handling asynchronous requests, partial page updates, and AJAX. - Ability to provide technical insights on implementing business solutions by reviewing specification documents. - Familiarity with browser development tools and performance optimization techniques. - Knowledge of Sonar and Code Quality Metrics, with a strong emphasis on code reviews and development best practices. - Develop reusable code and libraries for future and common use cases. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Document technical aspects including architecture, flow diagrams, and technical implementation approaches. - Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX design. - Implement innovative approaches that significantly impact application design. - Supervise development process compliance and CI activities, as well as mentor junior developers on ReactJS and related trends. Good To Have: - Experience with common front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. - Knowledge of authentication with tokens using technologies such as OAuth. - Proficiency in building REST APIs or other server tools with backend technologies like Node, Python, etc. - Experience working in Agile Teams and using Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp. - Hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LeSS.
