Job Description – ReactJS Frontend Developer

Location: Remote (collaboration with Dubai & India teams)
Experience Required: 2–3 years minimum

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ReactJS Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will work remotely while collaborating closely with colleagues in our Dubai and India offices. The role requires strong technical expertise in frontend development, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and market standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, interactive components.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to best practices in frontend development.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with remote and onsite teams (Dubai & India) to align deliverables.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in frontend development with ReactJS.
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend workflows.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with remote and onsite teams.
• Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and evolving market standards.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Certifications or proven experience in UI/UX design and HTML/CSS design frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: ₹13,376.59 - ₹57,128.99 per month
