Role Summary:

React Native Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop mobile applications using

  React Native

  for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and high-performance.
• Build reusable components and mobile libraries that can be used across projects to maintain code consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by working closely with the design team to translate Figma designs into high-quality mobile interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and memory efficiency on mobile devices.
• Implement responsive layouts that work seamlessly across different screen sizes, orientations, and device types (phones and tablets).
• Handle platform-specific implementations for iOS and Android when necessary, ensuring native-like experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate project requirements into functional, high-quality mobile applications.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and handle data synchronization, offline capabilities, and caching strategies.
• Implement push notifications, deep linking, and other mobile-specific features.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to React Native best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, provide constructive feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on users.
• Ensure app store compliance and manage the build and deployment process for both platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest React Native updates, mobile development trends, and platform-specific guidelines (iOS/Android).
• Propose and implement improvements to the development processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on mobile development best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the filed
• Strong proficiency in

  React Native

  ,

  TypeScript

  , and

  JavaScript (ES6+)

  .
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Experience with

  mobile-specific libraries

  such as React Navigation, React Native Gesture Handler, React Native Reanimated.
• Experience with

  native mobile development

  (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of

  mobile app deployment

  processes for both App Store and Play Store.
