Nexzem Technologies is hiring a React Native Developer with solid experience in building production-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate must have strong command over React Native fundamentals, custom backend integration, high-performance UI, and end-to-end deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Implement real-time features such as live GPS tracking, order updates, and chat/messaging
• Integrate custom backend APIs and handle complex API flows (jobs, authentication, data sync, status updates)
• Build and optimize reusable components, screens, loaders, gestures, and animations
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI/UX across multiple screen sizes
• Work with custom native modules, third-party libraries, and advanced permission handling
• Optimize app performance, loading speed, memory usage, and battery consumption
• Manage deployment on Play Store and App Store, including signing, packaging, certificates, and update versions
• Write structured, scalable, and well-documented code
• Work collaboratively with backend team and QA to deliver stable product releases
• Test and debug applications to ensure smooth delivery

Required Skills

• Strong command over JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native architecture
• Experience integrating REST APIs with proper error handling, caching, and secure communication
• Experience with Maps APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox) and live location tracking
• Proficiency in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or MobX)
• Strong skills in UI/UX implementation, animations (Reanimated, Lottie, Gesture Handler), responsive layouts, and custom components
• Ability to work with multiple libraries, native modules, and platform-specific packages
• React Navigation (stack, tabs, deep linking, navigation events)
• Strong debugging using Flipper, Hermes, Chrome Debugger, or similar tools
• Git/GitHub knowledge and proper branching workflow
• Experience in Play Store and App Store submissions, certificates, provisioning, and build pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with background services and continuous location tracking
• Experience with offline-first apps (SQLite, Realm, WatermelonDB, or caching strategies)
• Knowledge of crash-reporting and monitoring tools (Sentry, Crashlytics, App Center)
• Performance profiling and memory leak debugging
