React Native Developer-E

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect and Develop

   : Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.

2. Technical Leadership

   : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and mobile app development.

3. Cross-Platform Development

   : Develop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring consistency and functionality across devices.

4. Code Review

   : Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.

5. Performance Optimization

   : Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize mobile applications to deliver a smooth and responsive user experience.

6. Collaboration

   : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define application requirements and deliver features that meet user needs and expectations.

7. Integration

   : Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services into the mobile applications as needed to enhance functionality.

8. Testing

   : Implement and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of mobile applications.

9. Documentation

   : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, architecture, and development processes to facilitate future development and onboarding.

10. Stay Current

    : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app development to ensure the team stays ahead of the curve.

Requirements

1. Experience

   : 7+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on React Native.

2. React Native

   : Expertise in React Native framework, including state management using Redux or Mobx.

3. JavaScript

   : Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ features, with an ability to write efficient and reusable code.

4. iOS & Android

   : Proficiency in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms, with experience in platform-specific development and optimization.

5. UI/UX

   : Proven experience working with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs that are intuitive and responsive.

6. API Integration

   : Strong experience in integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and services into mobile applications.

7. Code Quality

   : Familiarity with tools and practices for maintaining high-quality code, such as linting, automated testing, and code coverage.

8. Version Control

   : Proficiency with Git and familiarity with version control best practices.

9. Problem-Solving

   : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and debug effectively.

10. Communication

    : Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
