Role & responsibilities Full-stack ReactNative Developer (5-7 yrs): The Med. Full-stack ReactNative Developer will assist in the development and maintenance of the mobile app. This role requires experience with ReactNative, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of mobile app development and be able to work effectively in a team environment to deliver robust solutions. Sr. Full-stack ReactNative Developer (7-9 yrs) : The Sr. Full-stack ReactNative Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the mobile app using ReactNative. This role requires strong proficiency in ReactNative, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mobile app development, RESTful APIs, and cloud services. They should also be able to work collaboratively with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions. Preferred candidate profile Frontend / Mobile Development React Native (Advanced) Core framework for cross-platform mobile app development. JavaScript & TypeScript – Strong proficiency and deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and statically typed code using TypeScript. Mobile UI/UX Development – Knowledge of responsive design, platform-specific UI patterns (iOS/Android), and pixel-perfect implementation. State Management – Experience with Redux, MobX, or React Context API. Mobile Performance Optimization – Profiling, lazy loading, and memory management. Third-Party Integrations – Familiarity with integrating SDKs, push notifications, deep linking, in-app purchases, Firebase, etc. Backend Development Node.js – Primary backend platform (preferred). Java / Python – Alternate backend technologies; ability to understand and contribute to services written in these. API Development – Designing and consuming RESTful APIs and experience with GraphQL is a plus. Authentication & Authorization – Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and secure session management.
