Take ownership of the correctness of your work both in terms of functional and usability. Apply the best practices of software development when it comes to SCM, managing issues and most importantly, documenting your work. Keep up to date with industry best practices and new developments, and advocate for their adoption whenever applicable. Work with the support team to triage and resolve issues with/without the assistance of other team members. Identify performance issues by effectively using DevTools. Be able to guide junior engineers on best practices and provide clear guidance and feedback during technical design discussions and code reviews. IDEAL CANDIDATE: 3 years of experience in building web applications with the main focus on React. Proficient in Javascript and React, including in-depth understanding of the language, framework and performance aspects. Excellent knowledge of modern CSS and familiarity with pre-processing tools like LESS and SASS. Experience integrating complex APIs.
