Roles & Responsibility Develop and maintain user interface components using React.js and other front-end technologies. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to ensure excellent performance across different devices and browsers. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality and team collaboration. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies and advocate for their integration into the development process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within project timelines. Required Skills Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a React.js Developer with a minimum of 1+ years of professional work experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern ES6+ syntax. Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, such as Virtual DOM, state management, and component lifecycle. Experience with popular state management libraries like Redux or MobX is a plus. Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers like Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn. Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development principles. Understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, and the ability to translate design mockups into functional web pages. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling to interact with back-end services. Experience with code testing and testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
