Job Title: Next.js / React Frontend Developer (4+ Years Experience)Location: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 4+ Years  About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Next.js / React Frontend Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies and proven experience in research and development (R&D). The ideal candidate will have a passion for exploring emerging technologies, evaluating tools and frameworks, providing technical recommendations, and contributing to the architectural direction of new projects. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance, and visually appealing web applications.   Key Responsibilities·        Develop high-quality, scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks. ·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions. ·        Perform R&D on new tools, libraries, frameworks, and architectural approaches to enhance product performance and development efficiency. ·        Provide recommendations and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for new and upcoming projects. ·        Optimize application performance, SEO, page speed, and responsive design. ·        Work with APIs (REST & GraphQL), state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and SSR/SSG strategies. ·        Implement reusable components, maintain clean code architecture, and follow best frontend practices. ·        Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support. ·        Stay updated with the latest industry trends and contribute towards continuous improvement.   Required Skills & Qualifications·        4+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. ·        Strong experience building applications using Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, optimization). ·        Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS / MUI / Styled Components, and responsive design. ·        Experience integrating REST & GraphQL APIs, authentication flows, and secure UI development. ·        Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to independently perform research and build POCs. ·        Understanding of DevTools, browser performance profiling, and debugging. ·        Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment workflows. ·        Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.   Good to Have·        Experience with Node.js / NestJS or basic backend understanding. ·        Experience with AI-driven development tools, automation, or headless CMS (Strapi/Sanity). ·        Knowledge of microfrontends, monorepo architecture (Nx/Turborepo). ·        Exposure to AWS / Docker / Vercel / DigitalOcean deployments. ·        Experience contributing to architectural planning and technical documentation.   Soft Skills·        Strong communication and collaboration ability. ·        Passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. ·        Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions. ·        Accountability, ownership, and proactive decision-making.   What We Offer·        Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and emerging technologies. ·        Innovation-driven culture with freedom to experiment and propose solutions. ·        Competitive salary and performance-based rewards. ·        Professional growth, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities.
