React + FastAPI Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at Synchronics, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing our custom ERP system aimed at streamlining processes across various departments. You will work alongside our IT team to create responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React, while designing and implementing backend APIs using FastAPI. With a focus on SQL Server, you will write and optimize queries for efficient data handling and reporting, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of applications. Your responsibilities will include developing new modules and features for our in-house ERP system, translating requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with the IT and operations team, and contributing to the improvement of efficiency in a fast-growing company within the electronics service industry. Your strong knowledge of React, experience with FastAPI or willingness to switch from other Python web frameworks like Flask or Django, solid understanding of SQL Server, familiarity with RESTful APIs, and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role. Ideally, you will have 2-4 years of experience in full-stack development, with bonus skills including previous exposure to ERP/CRM systems, knowledge of deployment on IIS/Azure/Docker, and a background in industrial applications or manufacturing systems.
