React Developer

About Position:

We seek a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead in building the next generation of payment solutions that integrate with leading third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. You will help design and implement a scalable, AI-enhanced payment platform, working closely with Product, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that empower nonprofits to focus on their mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment platforms, API integrations, AI/ML-driven fraud detection, and cloud-native architecture.

What You'll Do:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in React.js to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications, designing and implementing testable and scalable code, and delivering high-quality work on tight schedules.
• This role involves analyzing software requirements, providing solutions, collaborating with team members to set specifications, and integrating user-facing elements into applications.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Proficiency in React.js and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with Node.js for server-side scripting.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API communications.
• Experience with front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, etc.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Understanding of cloud services and deployment, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, BackboneJS
