● Perform manual calling to follow up with re-targeted leads and engage them towards enrollment.
● Design, create, and execute Email Campaigns targeted at re-engaging leads.
● Build and manage WhatsApp Campaigns to drive conversions and improve lead engagement.
● Develop and launch IVR Campaigns that communicate key messages and follow-up prompts for leads.
● Analyze existing re-targeting processes and design new strategies to enhance lead conversion performance.
● Maintain accurate records of all interactions, campaign outcomes, and update lead status in the CRM system.
● Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align re-targeting efforts with broader business goals.
● Monitor campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
● Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continuously improve re-targeting effectiveness.
