These products provide fast, extensive insights that enable engineering teams in industries such as Computer, Semiconductor, Wireless, Automotive, Storage, Aerospace & Defense, and Communication to deliver with higher quality and efficiency.As part of the Oscilloscope Applications Team, you will manage projects focused on Power Applications, Measurement Software, and Scope-based Application Development.
Responsibilities
- Define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for Power & Measurement Applications.
- Collaborate with Product Planners, Architects, and Customers to align product requirements with development execution.
- Manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring iterative progress, backlog management, and regular stakeholder reviews.
- Promote the use of AI-powered tools and analytics to improve project tracking, defect detection, test automation, and predictive planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, FPGA, QA, manufacturing, solution teams).
- Drive international collaboration with global R&D teams in US, Europe, and Asia.
- Manage contractors and partners providing R&D resources.
- Ensure effective communication of program status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Proven track record in R&D Project Management from concept to release.
- Strong program and people management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog tracking, and sprint execution.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps / CI-CD pipelines for software development.
- Awareness of how to leverage AI/ML-based tools (e.g., defect prediction, project dashboards, automation, or data-driven decision making).
- Solid experience managing engineering teams on software-focused projects.
- Experience with resource planning, task assignment, and project tracking.
- Skilled in managing and reporting project budgets, risks, and schedules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to build confidence with customers and leadership.
- Understanding of C#/C++/WPF and software engineering processes.
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, power applications, and measurement software.
- Experience working with contractors and vendors is a plus.
