Job Description

Position- R&D Head Location- Dasna Masuri (Ghaziabad) Experience- 5 years + Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Head to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of polymer recipes, specifically focusing on Polypropylene (PP), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE),in compounding and masterbatches. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in polymer science, formulation development, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Recipe Development : Design, develop, and optimize recipes for PP, HDPE, and LDPE, including raw material selection, processing conditions, and additives to achieve desired performance characteristics. Process Improvement : Work closely with manufacturing teams to enhance production processes, improve polymer quality, and reduce costs without compromising product performance. Testing and Characterization :Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of developed recipes to ensure product quality, performance, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., mechanical, thermal, chemical properties). Material Innovation :Identify new materials, additives, and technologies to innovate and enhance the performance of PP, HDPE, and LDPE formulations. Required Qualifications & Skills Educational Background : Masters in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering ,cipet or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in polymer formulation, specifically PP, HDPE, and LDPE, in compounding and masterbatch within an R&D or product development environment. Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, material science, polymer processing techniques (extrusion, injection molding, etc.), and the ability to develop robust polymer recipes.
