Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D Engineer to join our team at Synopsys (India) Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for innovation, with 4-8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and technologies.
Conduct experiments and tests to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data and results to inform product development decisions.
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in R&D engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
