R&D Engineer

We are seeking a talented R&D Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of solar inverters and power electronics systems.

Responsibilities:

• The role involves working on inverter topologies, circuit simulation, PCB design, and embedded system programming (e.g., C2000/TMS320 and STM32, TI DSPs). The candidate should have experience with tools like Various Simulating & Designing Software , and be familiar with MPPT control, grid synchronization, and system testing.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, inverter control software, and lab equipment is essential, along with an understanding of renewable energy systems and relevant standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or Renewable Energy.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of power electronics, inverter control software, and lab equipment is essential, along with an understanding of renewable energy systems and relevant standards.
• Hands-on experience with C2000, TMS320 DSP, STM32.
• Experience with MATLAB for modeling, simulation and code generation.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years in Solar R&D or project development.
• Exposure to grid - tied and off - grid solar systems, hybrid systems or energy storage solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
