R&D Engineer

Job Description

You have: A graduation or equivalent degree with 3+ years of experience in Software or Computer Engineering, with strong programming skills in Go and/or C/C++ within a Linux environment, using GIT and Jenkins. Hands-on experience with microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), virtualization, CI/CD, and DevOps while applying operability best practices. Exposure to Open Telemetry, Prometheus, KeyCloak, VictoriaMetrics, and OpenSearch, with an understanding of their role in cloud-native ecosystems. Experience in Python scripting and the ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed, cross-functional team. It would be nice if you had: Willingness to work in a lean, agile environment with a goal-oriented approach to tackle challenging targets. Analytical mindset with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution in a collaborative setting. Analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently. Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Software System Architects, and other technical experts to translate customer and internal requirements into tangible deliverables. Analyze, design, develop, and test products, services, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure high-quality software solutions. Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware-related issues, addressing customer trouble tickets and recommending corrective actions. Apply and maintain quality standards, contributing to the continuous evolution of processes and tools. Collaborate with the product documentation team to create and maintain accurate and user-friendly customer documentation. Work effectively in a diverse and mixed work environment, ensuring seamless communication across teams. Leverage best practices and industry knowledge to enhance products and services, aligning with business goals. Actively contribute to Scrum ceremonies, iterative development, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
