R&D Engineer (Firmware and Hardware Engineer)

As an Embedded Firmware Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and troubleshooting firmware for a range of networking, wireless, and IoT products including Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, KNX RF wireless technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and troubleshooting embedded firmware for networking, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, KNX RF wireless, and IoT products - Integrating new functionalities to existing firmware to enhance performance - Collaborating closely with the Hardware team for Hardware/Firmware integration and testing - Providing support to the sales team, manufacturing, and customers To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Diploma/ Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with embedded Linux drivers, kernel builds, etc. - In-depth experience in Linux and embedded firmware development, particularly in networking, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, KNX RF wireless, IoT, or LED Lighting products - Experience with Broadcom, Qualcomm, MTK, and Sigma networking product SDK will be a strong advantage - Hands-on experience with UART, SPI, and I2C drivers development - Knowledge in Bootloader and firmware update techniques, ARM-M and ARM-A architecture experience - Proficiency in TCP/IP, USB, BLE, Modem, Wi-Fi, and Serial communication protocols, and developed low-powered embedded systems - Excellent programming skills in C/C++, strong analytical abilities, and leadership qualities - Organized, meticulous, and a team player with self-motivation and dynamism - Ability to collaborate effectively with teams from hardware, sales, and factory,
