Job Description

As an R&D Assistant at Ideal Lighting Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, you will be responsible for supporting the LED Lighting Product Testing and Validation team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in product testing and validation across various aspects such as electrical, thermal, photometric, and mechanical. - Preparing and maintaining technical documents, PDI inspection reports, test reports, and Bill of Materials (BOMs). - Coordinating with the production and quality teams to drive process improvements. - Maintaining ERP data and product records related to R&D activities. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - Basic knowledge of LED lighting products and testing instruments. - Proficiency in MS Office.
