RCMS Denials Analyst II

As a Denial Management Specialist at this company, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex denial issues. You will analyze denial trends to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to reduce denial rates and improve reimbursement. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to address root causes of denials and mentoring Level 1 associates on advanced denial management techniques. Additionally, you will be preparing and submitting appeals for denied claims as needed while maintaining comprehensive documentation of denial activities and outcomes. Associate degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in denial management or revenue cycle management. Proficiency in medical billing software and denial tracking systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
