The Third Party Product team responsible for managing all the revenue streams from all Non-Core banking products for the BankThe Life Insurance Product Team member is responsible for managing the Life Revenue line for the Liability sales team. The role will encompass the following. The Product team is also responsible for managing stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities.Responsible for launching new products curated for the channel..Responsible for creating new business models like co-origination along with NTB acquisition along with the regular cross-sell.Conduct strategic planning and monitoring resource level productivity by enhancing sales processes.Responsible for channel management and insurance partner management..Coordinate reporting and MIS responsibilities with the relevant departments to maintain daily rigorQualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:.Education (formal degrees, certifications) - MBA.Experience (No. of years, relevant fields )- 3-5 Years.Prior experience in the Insurance domainRole Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:.Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills.Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills.Ability to work effectively across functions and Hierarchy..Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals.Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to conceptualize and implement competent sales strategies.
