The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting retailers/dealers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Exide automotive, inverter, and industrial batteries. Identify new business opportunities and onboard retailers, mechanics, and distributors. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct field visits for lead generation and product demonstrations. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure timely collection of payments. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management. Coordinate with service teams for installation or warranty support. Skills & Competencies Required Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Knowledge of automotive batteries/inverter products (preferred but trainable). Field-sales confidence and willingness to travel daily. Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, CRM). Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at closing deals. Qualification Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field.
