The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products, and maintaining customer records. They will also be expected to follow up on leads, manage customer feedback, and ensure excellent customer service. Further duties include achieving specified sales targets and contributing to the development of new customer acquisition strategies.
