We are looking for an experienced South Indian Karigar (Cook) who specializes in preparing authentic batter, chutney, toppings etc used in popular South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, etc. Responsibilities: Prepare fresh dosa/idli batter daily with proper fermentation. Grind and prepare chutneys (coconut, tomato, mint, onion, etc.) and sambar. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and hygiene. Prepare toppings and fillings like masala, podi, upma, etc. Manage kitchen hygiene, inventory of raw materials (dal, rice, coconut, spices, etc.). Follow food safety standards and timely preparation for service. Requirements: Proven experience in South Indian kitchen (hotel, restaurant, or catering). Knowledge of traditional preparation methods and ingredients. Ability to work early mornings if required. Hardworking, hygienic, and punctual. Team player with a passion for authentic food.
