Job Summery: The Digital Experience Engineer is responsible for installing, tuning, maintaining, and supporting the applications that proactively monitor, notify, and respond to system related issues that could negatively impact BDOs end-users. Job Duties: Implements and maintains monitoring solutions for infrastructure, network, and application monitoring Monitors the performance and availability of our digital infrastructure, including applications, networks, and servers Identifies and troubleshoots performance issues, bottlenecks, and anomalies Works with ITSM team to investigate ways to automate resolution to PRBs (AIOPS) Develops and maintains monitoring dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide real-time insights into system health Conducts root cause analysis for incidents and provide recommendations for improvement Participates in the design and implementation of monitoring strategies and best practices Provides technical guidance and support to other team members as needed Works with Digital Experience Manager to create and execute technical strategy for BDO Provides status updates on projects, operational issues to the management team Partners and collaborates with the different teams within the IT organization to monitor the systems involved in the end user experience at BDO Acts as a resource for the Project Management Office Creates and maintains system documentation Other duties as required Technical Skill Set: Education: High School Diploma or GED, required Bachelors degree with a focus in Computer Science, or Information Systems, preferred Experience: Four (4) or more years of experience managing multiple (50+) systems, required Application Performance monitoring experience, preferred Network Performance monitoring experience, preferred License/Certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure fundamentals (AZ900) certification, preferred Dynatrace certification, preferred VMWare VCP certification, preferred Software: Demonstrated knowledge of one (1) or more of the following, preferred: Microsoft Windows Server, Azure, and Active Directory VMWare SolarWinds experience Cisco ThousandEyes Dynatrace Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple complex projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
