This is an individual contributor role , ideal for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and eager to take full ownership of digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities YouTube SEO & Marketing: Optimize channels and videos for maximum reach, ranking, and audience engagement. Google My Business (GMB): Manage listings, optimize for local SEO, and create engaging posts to boost visibility. Paid Ads Management: Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads, including A/B testing, budget allocation, and conversion optimization. Social Media Marketing: Strategize and run campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Website Management: Basic updates and content management on WordPress (preferred). Content Marketing: Assist in creating SEO-friendly blogs, ad copies, landing pages, and creatives. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest data-driven improvements. Brand Growth: Manage multiple brands with tailored strategies to align with their goals and audiences. Required Skills Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, Google My Business, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads . Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations. Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Hands-on experience with WordPress . Basic content creation skills (graphics, reels, blogs, creatives). Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or brand-side).
